But seriously, for the past month I have been making a conscious effort to remain calm when dealing with those difficult people in my life. Just by making this a conscious effort I have seen that every situation has been SO much easier not only to handle, but to get over and thus easier to just move on. When I remember to tell myself, stay calm, take a deep breath and really think about this situation before you react...I start to think about (this part is really important) what I want to say compared to what I need to say, if anything needs to be said at all and then react or do not react accordingly. Huh, It really works!.
Moral of the story: All situations are easier to handle when you breath as you normally do, and stay calm. If you are looking for a little ease in your life, then look for more calmness inside of you. Start with breathing, a little oxygen goes a long long way.
